The Loan Summary in Apply Online containing the calculations according to the data entry does not include Negative Gearing for all lenders. It is at the lender's discretion whether or not they provide this calculation for Apply Online.
The below table lists which lenders do include Negative Gearing in Apply Online. Some have a work around where Rental Income entries are not taxed.
Please speak to your lender BDM where you are unsure of the serviceability of your application and use the lender serviceability sheet as a guide.
