The RBA is immediately sent on a scheduled date each month, as outlined below.

These dates are fixed. RBA for every account are sent out on the scheduled dates.
If you wish to opt out of your RBA being sent for a particular month, you need to advise the Digital Marketing Hub team by the edit date cut-off for the requested month to be suspended.
