The Simplier Switch checkbox will appear in the Security Tab existing mortgage section where
1. Loan is with ANZ
2. Loan app is flagged as refinance
3. Where all loan products have a refinance ABS purpose
All Simpler Switch refinance applications must meet the following eligibility criteria:
PAYG Income
OFI Refinance only
No LMI
The P&I repayment of this facility must be lower than or equal to the customers current minimum contractual repayment
Maximum cash out of $50,000
No more than 3 new credit card or personal loan products opened in the last 12 months
