We know how frustrating and time consuming it can be typing the same information over and over can be. That’s why we created our Snippets feature.
Snippets are a shortcut that allow you to place templated paragraphs of text in your Notes, including Emails, Tasks and the Compliance Workflow - with only with a few taps on your keyboard.
How do I create a Snippet template?
In order to use Snippets, you first need to create a Snippet Template:
Navigate to the Admin App, click on CRM Settings and select Snippets.
Click +Add, give your Snippet a Title, tick Notes/Tasks and add the template details.
NOTE: if you do not tick a section (Compliance, Tasks or Notes) then the Snippet will default to being available in all three sections.
How do use the Snippet shortcut?
To use Snippets in your Notes, Emails and Tasks, simply insert the '@' symbol on your and select the Snippet from your list. It will simply appear for you.
