Some lenders offer products which are categorised as Specialised. These lender products will not appear in product searches with standard products.
Bridging Products are the most common specialised lender product.
In order to create a Lender Package using specialised products you will need follow the steps below to manually alter one product in the package.
Make a note of the rate details for the Bridging Product you are using.
Run a standard non-specialised product search.
Select the other non-bridging product you are using in the package and click Create a Package.
3. Click the Clone button to add a duplicate product.
4. Enter the split amounts and click Create Package.
5. Use the Edit icon to open the package splits.
6. Edit the split which will be the Bridging portion.
7. Adjust the name, Rate and Fees as required.
