Using the CRM search filters
Updated over 4 months ago

Important Note: We have updated various fields and labels to ensure you have a consistent experience in Mercury Nexus. Instead of individually referring to roles as Agent, Advisor, Loan Writer, and Associate, we will now universally use the term "Broker." This change will simplify your interactions across Mercury Nexus.

Every element of Mercury Nexus has been carefully considered to save you time; and our search filters are no exception.

You can use our powerful dynamic search filters to find People and Opportunity records, depending on your needs. For example, you can find clients that have had emails bounce, clients with a specific occupation, or you can search for opportunities from a specific lead source.

How do I use search filters?

  1. In the CRM app, select either People or Opportunity from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Use the drop-down menus to perform a basic search.

  3. Navigate to Add Filter to drill down and search for more specific information.

How to filter People records by related Opportunity data

The People filters have the ability to use related Opportunity data.

  1. Click the Add Filter button

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Filter list to the Search by Opportunity options

Status Group

Example:

Status Group / Home Loans / 3 Post Settlement

This will filter your People list to contacts linked to Home Loan Opportunity records where the current Opportunity Status is part of the 3 Post Settlement Status Group (i.e. Contacts linked to settled opportunities)

Note: You can export the results to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking Export to Excel. Refer to Exporting data from Nexus to Excel.
