Even though our preloaded reports provide invaluable performance statistics and insights into the overall health of your business, sometimes you want more. That’s why the reporting functionality in Mercury Nexus can be customised to suit your needs.
How do I access additional reports?
You will find additional reports under the Custom Report tab, including:
Duplicate Emails.
Duplicate People.
Intel Addresses.
To access additional these additional reports:
In the CRM app, select Reports from the main left-hand menu.
Navigate to Custom Report in the top menu.
Select the appropriate report and click Download Report. Your report will download as an Excel document.
Can I create my own reports?
You can request your own Custom Reports via the Mercury Helpdesk. You will need to provide precise details regarding the fields and any date ranges required for the query.
You will also need to acquire approval from your principal owner of the business to action all of the custom reports requests.
Please note that we are unable to provide a time frame for the completion of these requests which can vary with the complexity of the query.
