How to invite your clients to access to the Credit Ready platform from within your People or Opportunity record in Mercury.

1. Open the People or Opportunity record.

2. Click on the Client Statements drop-down and choose New Request:

Note: when accessing this via the People record in Mercury, you will be able to select the Opportunity name in a drop down box via CashDeck just before sending the link to your customer.

3. Credit Ready will send your client an email and SMS to begin the process.

Note: Your client can use Credit Ready on their desktop or device.

4. Your client will securely login to the portal and connect to their bank accounts.

5. On the Attachments tab of your Opportunity, Credit Ready will attach 6-12 months worth of statements and a full transaction listing for each account:

6. You can also analyse and download your clients’ transactions instantly for use in Excel by clicking on the download button

Important:

  • The client can re-use the link up to 24hrs after it is completed to add extra accounts

  • You can can re-enable the link up to 72hrs after completion to let their clients add further accounts

  • When a customer adds extra banks to their accounts after the first request was completed, subsequent 'superseded' reports will be listed on the attachments tab

  • If you are using Opportunity Sharing with another partner group. Only the owner of the Opportunity record will be able to successfully return statements into the attachments
