Notes
No ongoing Introduction Fee, Upfront Commission, or Trail Commission will accrue or be payable for any rollover or variation of a Client loan, including any variation
which increases the amount of a Client loan.
Trail Commission and the Introduction Fee will be immediately suspended and will not accrue on a Client loan which is in default for the entire duration a Client loan is
in default
