Request statuses

Request statuses will be easier to see throughout CRM, with clearer visibility of where each request is up to. Progress tracking, status updates, notifications, and locked states will help brokers understand what clients have done and when action is needed.

What’s upcoming

Copy invite link

Brokers will be able to copy the Client Portal invite link for each contact on a request and share it through their own channels. When the link is copied, the request status will update to Sent (Not Opened) so brokers can track engagement more accurately.

Automated reminder emails

Brokers and support staff will be able to automate reminder emails for outstanding Client Portal items. Reminder timing and settings will be more flexible so follow-up stays relevant to the current request status.

Document approval and rejection

Brokers will be able to approve documents, reject documents, and request re-uploads directly in Client Portal. Clients will also see clearer feedback so they know what needs to be updated before resubmitting.

Known bugs

Applicant financials visible across requests

In some cases, an applicant may be able to see asset information from a separate request.

Fix: Restrict Client Portal financial data so each applicant only sees information from their own request.

“Other” text field not appearing in questionnaires

Some questionnaire dropdowns do not show the follow-up text box after a user selects an Other option. This can stop clients from entering required detail and completing the question properly.

Fix: Update the conditional logic so follow-up fields appear consistently.
