The Request Overview shows you every module on a request, who it is assigned to, and its current status, so you can track progress at a glance and follow up where things have stalled.
Finding your Client Portal requests
Open the relevant opportunity and select Client Portal from the side menu. The Client Portal Requests table lists every request on that opportunity, showing the request name, who it is enabled for, its status, and a Completion Percentage.
Checking progress at a glance
The Completion Percentage column gives you a quick read on each request without opening it. A bar fills as the client works through the request, alongside a percentage from 0% to 100%.
The percentage reflects the total number of modules assigned across the request. For example, a request with two applicants who each have a Personal Details module enabled counts both toward the total.
Tip (Green) Use the Completion Percentage column to spot at a glance which clients are nearly done and which have not started.
Opening the Request Overview
To see the full breakdown of a request, select the Request Overview button on that request's row. This opens the Client Portal request record on the Request Overview section.
Reading the progress summary
At the top of the Request Overview, a summary bar shows overall completion for the request:
A count of completed items out of the total, for example
11 of 15 items completedA progress bar that fills as modules are completed
A percentage complete label, for example
75% Complete
When no modules have been started, the bar shows 0% Complete with an empty track.
Reading the module table
Below the summary bar, the table lists every module on the request. Modules are grouped by their workflow order, under headings such as Documents to Share, DigiSign, Client Details, Financials, Questionnaires, and Doc Request.
Only modules enabled in the request configuration appear here. Where a module is assigned to more than one client, you will see one row per client.
Each row shows:
Module — the name of the module
Status — the current status for that client's assignment
Assigned to — the client the module is assigned to, shown as a name tag
Last Status Change — the date and time the status last changed, or a dash if no action has been taken yet
Understanding the status badges
Each module row shows one of three statuses:
Not Started — the client has not begun this module
In progress — the client has started but not finished
Completed — the client has finished this module
Note (Blue) A brand new request with no client activity shows every module as Not Started, no timestamps, and 0% Complete.
What happens next
As your clients work through their request, statuses and the progress bar update automatically. Check back on the Request Overview to confirm completion or to identify modules that need a nudge.
