Available for new loans submitted on or after 3 September 2021
Available on variable term loans, excluding lines of credit, with one offset per variable loan split.
Allows real-time transfers to accounts at other financial institutions (providing they’re also on the New Payments Platform), giving customers easy access to their funds for everyday banking.
Separate BSB, account number and its own statement issued to make it more convenient for clients to manage their funds. Allowing clients to keep everyday personal spending separate from their home loan.No additional fees for the offset option.
Offset is available on new loans lodged from 3 September onwards and will be set up immediately at settlement.
For existing clients, as this is reliant on them being migrated to our new internet banking platform first, we will notify them directly when offset becomes available on their account and they will be able to opt-in at that point.
