How to download Lender Shared documents in Apply Online

Apply Online supports the secure delivery of lender loan documents in conjunction with backchannel messages to notify the broker when documents are available.

When an application progresses to Conditional Approval, Unconditional Approval or Declined statue, the broker will receive BCM and email notification informing them a new loan document in available for their application. Included in the notification will be a link which will direct the broker to the status tracking tab in the Apply Online application.

Note: As you cannot login directly to Apply Online you will need to access the application via the Opportunity record.

Note: Some lenders may not use the below methods to share documents to brokers. If unsure please reach out to your lender BDM.

How to download documens from the lender in the Apply Online Activity and Status Tracking tabs

To download the documents via the Status Tracking tab, click the blue arrow to expand the event details.

How to download in the Activity tab

  1. Click the Activity tab from the left hand menu

  2. Click See full details toggle

3. Download the document from the Activity item

How to download in the old user interface

  1. Access the Status Tracking tab

  2. Click the Blue Arrow to expand the event details

Apply Online Supporting Docs tab

Lender shared documents can also be accessed with the Apply Online Supporting Docs tab.

  1. Open the Supporting Documents tab

  2. Click Lender Shared under folders.

3. Click on a file to select document, click Download in More actions drop down.
