Access to LoanApp is found under the 'Submit to Loanapp' button in the Opportunity record.
How to Submit a Lodgement to LoanApp
Create an Opportunity, then select a Loanapp Lender.
Click on the 'Submit to Loanapp' button
If you have not selected either 'Full Doc' or 'Low doc' category is not selected on the opportunity then you will be presented with a pop-up asking you to select one of these options
LoanApp will open, auto-populating with any data you have entered into Mercury under the Opportunity or associated Contacts
Complete your application and submit it up to the Lender.

Opening an existing Lodgement in LoanApp
When you have already sent your opportunity to Loanapp the 'Submit to LoanApp button will automatically change to 'Edit in Loanapp'.
To open an an existing LoanApp application click on the 'Edit in LoanApp' button and select the lodgement from the dropdown

To view a summary of your Loanapp applications under your Opportunity, click on the 'Lodgements' tab in the Opportunity sub-menu.
Double-click on a lodgement in grid and it will open in Loanapp.
Can I clone LoanApp applications?
Currently there is no option to Clone a LoanApp application. You will need to start a new LoanApp application via the opportunity record.
Can I delete LoanApp Lodgements?
You can not delete LoanApp Lodgements from an opportunity.
LoanApp also has it's own in app support! Just use the Chat icon from within LoanApp.
