If you have created an application but wish to change the Lender.
Change the Lender on an Apply Online Application
There are two ways to do this. We would recommend that you change the lender in your Mercury Opportunity, then re-submit the application to Apply Online.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Change the lender in the Opportunity
Remove the existing ApplyOnline ID
Click Save
Click Start Apply Online Application
You can also change the lender by cloning the Apply Online application.
Note: When you change the lender by cloning in Apply Online, please remember to take the new Apply Online Application ID (it will start with 1*****), and paste it back into your Opportunity. Otherwise, the new Apply Online application will not be linked to your Opportunity. Also, if you have already submitted the cloned Apply Online ID then use "Update from AOL" option.
Also, if application is cloned in Apply Online, the new Apply Online Application ID won't show in "Lodgements" section in the opportunity. Lodgements logs applications lodged directly from Mercury to Apply Online.
