Once an application has been submitted in ApplyOnline (AOL), depending on the lender's policy you may not be able to edit it for resubmission.
The attached document outlines the available lenders and their policies (current as of 27th September 2023).
What do I do if my lender does not allow resubmission or the Edit to Resubmit button is not available?
If your application is unable to be resubmitted due to lender policy, you can clone the application and make your edits, then submit as a new application.
Note: Where resubmission is available the Edit to Resubmit button will be present
My application is approved for resubmission per the lender policy, however it is still locked for editing
There could be a number of reasons why your application is unable to be unlocked. Contact the Mercury Helpdesk via [email protected] or via chat by clicking Wait for the team who can escalate it to NextGen for you.
How are additional documents sent to the lender after the resubmission?
Any additional documents uploaded during the edit and resubmit of the Apply Online application will be sent once successful resubmission has occurred.
