If you encounter the error "You do not have permission to view the requested document. Failed on Document Assignment History" with the error code "NoViewPermission" when clicking 'Edit ApplyOnline Application' you will need to reach out to someone in your Parent company with Partner Level access and request "Admin" access from them.

When attempting to access ApplyOnline (AOL) from Mercury Nexus, if you are presented with the error "Invalid Key: Authentication Key passed was less than 36 characters" you will need to contact the Mercury Helpdesk to have your ApplyOnline account re-synced.
