When completing a combined Land and Construction loan for FirstMac if you split the loan into separate Land purchase and Construction you will be presented with the following validation error.

Only one loan split is allowed for Construction Products.

FirstMac does not accept combined Land and Construction applications. You need to combine the amounts into one Loan Details entry as a Construction loan. FirstMac will make required changes once received.
