with just a few keystrokes.
What are Snippets?
Snippets are shortcut templates that store commonly used text.
They help you:
Maintain consistency in communication
Reduce typing time
Improve compliance wording accuracy
Standardise internal notes and client messaging
Create a Snippet template
Before using Snippets, you must create a Snippet template.
To create a Snippet:
Open the Admin app.
Select CRM Settings.
Click Snippets.
Click + Add.
Enter a Title for your Snippet.
Tick the relevant section(s):
Compliance
Tasks
Notes
Enter your template text in the content field.
Note
If you do not tick a specific section, the Snippet will default to being available in all three sections.
Use a Snippet
To insert a Snippet into:
Notes
Emails
Tasks
Simply type the @ symbol in the text field.
A list of available Snippets will appear.
Select the required Snippet.
The templated text will automatically insert into your message.
Best practice tips
Use clear and descriptive Snippet titles.
Regularly review Snippets for compliance accuracy.
Avoid overly long Snippets that reduce readability.
Create separate Snippets for internal notes and client-facing communication.
