The Hubspot email signature tool is an easy website to build you email signature.
Simply navigate to: https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator
Click on Create my signature
Select a template
Fill in your details, such as your name, company and contact details
Add your brand colours
Add any images you would like, including a profile photo and logo.
Click on create signature
Click on copy signature source code
To add your signature to Mercury Nexus:
Login to Mercury Nexus
Select the Admin App
Select Email Profiles
Click on the three dots and select code view
Paste in your code
Select preview to see your new signature
Your new email signature will automatically save.
