Lenders that offer Principal Increases may have selections available in their standard Apply Online submission form.
CBA example
As an example CBA has the following selections available.
In the Application tab select the Submission Type as 'Principal Increase'.
In the Securities tab open the Existing Mortgage section, select Is Principal Increasing 'Yes'

Some lenders use a separate Variations version of their Apply Online submission form.

How to convert to a Variations Apply Online submission form
When a new Apply Online application is generated via Mercury Nexus it will open the standard submission form by default.
Use the Convert Application drop down and select the Variations form.
Click Convert to confirm.
