Providing feedback
Updated over a week ago

Mercury Nexus is proprietary software, which means we have complete control over the development and functionality. Our locally based developers are continuously improving our platform.

We listen to, and act on, feedback from brokers. That’s why we have installed features throughout Mercury Nexus to help us gather feedback. This helps us to understand what’s going on behind the scenes when something isn’t working, or when you have suggestions for improvements.

How do I provide feedback?

From time to time, you will see a Mercury Nexus Satisfaction pop-up prompting you to rate your experience and provide feedback.

This feedback goes straight to straight to the development team and allows us to identify the improvements we need to make. Some feedback will result in immediate changes, others in long term initiatives. We regularly post updates about our enhancement on Nexus News.

Once you've received the pop-up you won't be asked again for another 40 days. However, you can access the Mercury Nexus Satisfaction pop-up button (smiley face) via the top menu bar in any application.

How do I submit suggestions?

If you have suggestions for improvement or ideas for the Mercury Nexus platform you can easily submit them to be considered via our Ideas Portal.

Simply click the Light Bulb icon to access the portal. You can also vote for existing ideas, add comments and track statuses of submitted suggestions.
