About the Client Centre
Updated over 7 months ago

The Client Centre is your client's view of your opportunity. As well as allowing you to send documents directly to your client for viewing and downloading. It also makes it easy for them provide you with their personal information and supporting documentation and complete any questionnaires you assign.

Secured using two-factor authentication, with a personal links for each client, as they work through the Client Centre, their data is populated into the CRM, appearing in real time.

The Home Page

When your client logs into their personal Client Centre, they will be directed to the home page. Here they will find a tile for each section they need to complete. There’s a progress tracker in the top right corner, so your client can see how far through they are. Once they complete a section, it will change colour and be marked as complete.

On the right hand side is the Doc Centre where clients can download documents you’ve supplied them, like your credit guide and or merged funding position document. This is also where they will upload any documents that you have requested.
