How do I download or Print information from the Client Centre?
Mercury Nexus comes preloaded with a Client Centre merge template that allows you to pull all the information collected into one word document which can be downloaded or printed.
The template includes the following:
Applicant Contacts Details
Dependent Details
Employment Details
Living Expense Details
Other Income Details
Real Estate Asset Information
Other Asset Details
Liability Details

To do this:
Open the CRM and select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.
Highlight and open the relevant opportunity.
Navigate to the Merge button in the top menu. The Select Template to Merge window will open.
Under Loans, select MASTER: Client Centre Summary and click
Note: The Client Centre Summary will automatically download and a copy will also be saved to the Attachments section of the opportunity
