About the Client Centre

Understand how the Client Centre works, what your clients see and how their information syncs back to Mercury Nexus in real time.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Client Centre is your client’s view of the Opportunity in Mercury Nexus.

It allows you to:

  • Share documents for viewing and download

  • Collect personal and financial information

  • Request supporting documents

  • Assign questionnaires

The Client Centre is secured using two-factor authentication (2FA) and provides each client with a unique access link.

As clients complete sections, their data updates in Mercury Nexus in real time.

The Home page

When a client logs into the Client Centre, they are directed to the Home page.

The Home page displays:

  • A tile for each section they must complete

  • A progress tracker in the top right corner

  • Visual indicators showing completed sections

Once a section is completed, the tile changes colour and is marked as complete.

The Doc Centre

On the right-hand side of the Home page is the Doc Centre.

From here, clients can:

  • Download documents you have provided (e.g. Credit Guide, Funding Position)

  • Upload requested supporting documents

If you add additional document requests after sending the invitation, clients will see a notification in the Doc Centre the next time they log in.
