Sending Doc Centre invitations

The Doc Centre allows you to fast-track client service and stay on top of paperwork.

How do I invite clients to the Doc Centre?

You can send the automated email, to do this:

  1. Open the CRM and select Doc Centre from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Highlight and open the relevant request.

  3. Open the Requested Documents tab and click the Send Email

  4. Select which applicant will receive the invitation and click Send.

  5. Select a template click Choose.

  6. Make any updates to the message press Send. Your client will receive an email from the Doc Centre that once clicked will take them directly to the Client Centre to upload their documents.

Note: You will need both an email address and mobile number listed on the contacts. There is multi-factor authentication used when they login to keep their data secure.
