Questionnaires provide an efficient way to collect data from clients as well as assisting you to meet your compliance responsibilities. You can attach a questionnaire to an opportunity in seconds using Mercury Nexus.
How do I add a questionnaire to an opportunity?
In the CRM app select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.
Open the relevant Opportunity.
Navigate to Questionnaires in the sub left-hand menu.
Select +Add
Search for the appropriate questionnaires, highlight and click Choose. The questionnaires will now be visible in the list.
How do I send a questionnaire to my client?
To email the questionnaire to your client:
In the CRM app select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.
Open the relevant Opportunity.
Navigate to Questionnaires in the sub left-hand menu.
Highlight the relevant questionnaire.
Click Send Email.
Ensure the correct applicant is listed and check the Invite
Click Send.
Note: In order to send any email from Nexus you will need an Email Profile (signature).
How to complete the Questionnaire on the client's behalf
To complete the Questionnaire on the client's behalf:
In the CRM app select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.
Open the relevant Opportunity.
Navigate to Client Centre in the sub left-hand menu.
Use the Link Existing button to link the Questionnaire to the Client Centre.
Click the Refresh Preview button.
You can add the answers via the linked Client Centre instance.
Note: If the Questionnaire is not linked to a Client Centre instance you will not see the applicants names listed.
