Questionnaires provide an efficient way to collect data from clients as well as assisting you to meet your compliance responsibilities. You can attach a questionnaire to an opportunity in seconds using Mercury Nexus.

How do I add a questionnaire to an opportunity?

  1. In the CRM app select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Open the relevant Opportunity.

  3. Navigate to Questionnaires in the sub left-hand menu.

  4. Select +Add

  5. Search for the appropriate questionnaires, highlight and click Choose. The questionnaires will now be visible in the list.

How do I send a questionnaire to my client?

To email the questionnaire to your client:

  1. In the CRM app select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Open the relevant Opportunity.

  3. Navigate to Questionnaires in the sub left-hand menu.

  4. Highlight the relevant questionnaire.

  5. Click Send Email.

  6. Ensure the correct applicant is listed and check the Invite

  7. Click Send.
