Mercury Nexus integrates with ApplyOnline to save you time and energy. As part of the integration, you can send supporting documents directly from Mercury Nexus.

How do I send attachment to ApplyOnline?

You can send attachments contained in your Opportunity record directly to Apply Online

  1. Open the CRM app and select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Open the relevant Opportunity.

  3. Click the Submit to ApplyOnline button in the top menu.

  4. Open the Supporting Documentation

  5. Select the document you wish to upload from the Available Documents list and drag it to the Selected Documents

  6. When all the attachments you want to send have been moved, click the Submit button.

The documents will be uploaded directly to the Supporting Documents tab in your new Apply Online application.

How do I send additional attachments to ApplyOnline?

You can send additional attachments to the Apply Online application via the Attachments section of the Opportunity record.

  1. Open the CRM app and select Opportunities from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Open the relevant Opportunity.

  3. Navigate to Attachments in the sub left-hand menu.

  4. Select the additional document from the list.

  5. Click the Send to ApplyOnline button.
