You work hard to get the best outcome for your client and sometimes you may need to manually edit or adjust a product rate or apply a discount to reflect this.
How do I edit or adjust a product rate in a Product Comparison?
Once you have confirmed the product rate with your Lender BDM:
Open the Research app and select Product Comparisons from the main left-hand menu.
Open the Product Comparison calculation from the list.
Click the Edit icon on the top right-hand corner of the product you want to change interest rates for.
Click the Rates drop-down to view the product rates.
Double click on the product rate to enable editing.
Enter the new product rate.
Click anywhere outside the rate field to save the changes.
Click Ok button to close.
