Filtering lenders allows you to narrow product results and focus on the lenders relevant to your client’s needs.
Mercury Nexus saves your lender filter preferences, so it is important to review your filters if expected lenders are not appearing in search results.
Before you begin
Note
Lender filters remain active for future searches until you change them. If lenders are missing, check your filter settings first.
Filter lenders via the CRM app
To filter lenders while completing a product comparison:
Open the CRM app.
Select + Product Comparison from the top menu on the Dashboard.
If the Select Products window does not open automatically, click + Product in the top menu.
Locate the filter icon next to Lenders.
Click the filter icon to open the Filter Lenders window.
Within the Filter Lenders window:
Use the drop-down to toggle between:
Residential
Commercial
Plant and Equipment (Asset Finance)
Use the checkboxes to select the lenders you want displayed.
Your product results will update based on your selections.
Filter lenders via the Research app
You can also apply lender filters from the Research app.
Open the Research app.
Select Product Search or Product Comparison from the left-hand menu.
If the Select Products window does not open in a new tab, click + Product in the top menu.
Click the filter icon next to Lenders.
Use the drop-down to select the lender category:
Residential
Commercial
Plant and Equipment (Asset Finance)
Tick the lenders you want included in your results.
Filter lenders at partner group level
Lender filters can also be configured for the entire partner group via the Admin app.
This allows consistent lender visibility settings across your business.

Review lender filters before starting a new product comparison.
Reset filters if expected lenders are missing.
Ensure the correct lender category (Residential, Commercial or Asset Finance) is selected.
