Report on Notes

Navigating between records to find information can be time consuming. Mercury Nexus is designed to save you time and the reporting functionality does just that. Use the Notes report to view notes created by any member of your staff without the hassle of jumping from record to record.

Notes can include information relating to:

  • General information.

  • Appointments.

  • Emails.

  • Compliance.

  • Letters.

  • Phone Calls.

  • SMS.

  • Voicemail.

How do I report on notes?

You can generate a report as follows:

  1. In the CRM app, select Reports from the main left-hand menu.

  2. Navigate to Database Activity in the top menu.

  3. Select Notes.

  4. From here you can choose to customise the report using the following filters:

    • Select the User from the drop down.

    • Choose a Date range to report on.

    • Select the note Type.

  5. The report will automatically generate based on the filters you select. Highlighting an entry will bring up a preview of the note.

  6. Right click on the table to Export the data into Excel
