How to reassign tasks in bulk
You can reassign multiple tasks at once to another Mercury Nexus user.
Open the main CRM Tasks section
Use the Filters to view the Tasks you would like to reassign
Select the Tasks you would like to reassign
Click on Reassign Tasks
Select All or Selected. Note: Selecting All will apply the change to every task record in your database.
Use the Delegate drop down to select the new assignee
Click Reassign
Note: If the user who you are reassigning tasks from is Inactive, they will not appear in the filter for delegate. Temporarily enable the account prior to reassigning the tasks.
