How the campaign schedule works
Each campaign follows a consistent process:
The campaign template becomes available in your Digital Marketing Hub account
You can review and edit the content up until the edit cut-off date
The campaign is automatically sent to your selected audience on the scheduled send date
You cannot change the send date, but you can:
Edit the content of the email, or
Opt out of a specific campaign (before the cut-off date)

The schedule below shows:
Campaign available to brokers – when the template appears in your DMH account
Edits to be completed by – the deadline for all content changes or opt-out requests
Date sent to database – when the campaign is automatically emailed to your audience

These send dates are fixed for all Asset Finance DMH accounts.
If you wish to opt out of a campaign being sent in a particular month, please notify the Digital Marketing Hub team on or before the edit cut-off date for that month.
