How to Complete a QuickAF Referral

This article explains how to submit a QuickAF referral through Mercury Nexus. Use this guide to submit a QuickAF referral, provide the right information upfront, and track the progress of your client’s application.

Step 1: Access QuickAF from Mercury Nexus

  1. Log in to Mercury Nexus

  2. Open QuickAF from your Mercury Nexus home page

Step 2: Start a new referral

  1. Select Start referring

Step 3: Enter customer details

Enter your client’s details, including:

  • Customer name

  • Contact information

  • Preferred contact time

If referring yourself, make sure to tick "I am referring myself"

Use the additional information field to include any important context, special instructions or client preferences.

This information is used by the QuickAF team to contact your client and progress the application.

Step 4: Add documents and asset information (optional)

If applicable, provide additional details, including:

  • Any documents you may already have on hand

  • Any known asset details (if available)

Adding these details are optional but can help the QuickAF team assess the scenario more efficiently.

Step 5: Submit the referral

  1. Review the information entered

  2. Select Refer to QuickAF to submit the referral

Once submitted, the QuickAF team will take over and manage the application directly with your client.

Track your referral status

You can return to the QuickAF referral portal at any time to:

  • View referral status

  • Check progress updates

  • Confirm when a deal has been funded

What happens next?

After submission:

  • The QuickAF team contacts your client

  • Lender selection and processing are managed by QuickAF

  • You are kept informed of key milestones

If the deal funds, commissions are paid in line with the QuickAF commission model.
