The Mercury Development Team has integrated Allianz into Mercury Nexus to streamline referrals.

This allows you to:

How to refer a client to Allianz

To submit an Allianz referral:

  • Open the relevant Opportunity in Mercury Nexus.

  • Click the Insurance dropdown.

  • Select Allianz.

You will be prompted to:

  • Read a consent statement to your client.

  • Tick the checkbox confirming consent has been obtained.

This ensures compliance with Anti-Hawking legislation.

Important
Do not use special characters (e.g. #, @) in the Comments section, as this may cause submission errors.

  • Click Send to submit the referral.

Once submitted, Allianz will contact your client directly.

  • Ensure the consent statement is read in full.

  • Document the referral in your file notes if required.
