Asset Finance Application Form

The Asset Finance application form is a Merge document that can be generated from the data in your People and Opportunity records, and from the Asset Finance Calculator.

At this stage, application forms have only been created for Companies and Individuals.

What data populates the Asset Finance application form

Most sections of the application form will be automatically populated when you generate the merge document, however, merge tags do not exist for all fields at present.

The following fields currently do not have merge tags, and will need to be manually updated after the application form has been generated as a merge document.

  • Partners/Directors/Individual/Guarantors

  • Trade References

  • Credit References

We are working to make these available at a later stage.

Where the data in the Asset Finance application form comes from

Individual Application

How to use the Asset Finance application form

Before you start: Ensure you have completed the Opportunity and People records, and the Asset Finance Calculation accordingly, that you have linked the correct contact, and have marked the correct calculation as default.

  1. Open the Opportunity and click on Merge Document

2. Select the correct Application Merge Template and hit Choose

3. Complete the remaining sections in the application form
