Submitting a consumer application in Financeable

What is Financeable?

Financeable allows you to qualify and quote customers, instantly and accurately. From Mercury Nexus, you can collect your application information to send directly through to a lender.

To get access to the Financeable platform reach out to your state CAF Manager or Partnership Manager.

Note: Please ensure you register your mobile number in Mercury Nexus as it is a requirement to send the Privacy Digisign request through to the applicant's mobile.

To get started submitting a consumer application:

  1. Login to Mercury Nexus

  2. Select Financeable from your dashboard

  3. You’ll be directed to your Application dashboard

  4. Click on New Application

  5. Select Consumer Asset

  6. Complete your asset details – including purchase price, asset type, type of sale.
    If you know the car VIN number or Registration number, enter it in here to automatically pull thought the asset details.

  7. Complete the loan details – deposit amount, trade in amount, payout amount, plus your balloon and repayment term.

  8. Add in their personal details, including their contact information.
    The email you enter will be the address their compliance documents will be sent to. If your client already exist in your CRM you will be prompted to link them.

  9. Complete their personal finance details, include assets, liabilities, income and expenses.

  10. Search for their employer either using the business name or ABN and complete their employment details.

  11. Click on Get signed Privacy. This will automatically be sent via text to your clients from your Mercury CRM. You can also upload a copy if you have a signed privacy policy.

  12. Once your client has signed the document, it will automatically attach to your CRM. You can find this by copying the application ID and searching your CRM.

  13. Complete their personal finance details, including assets and liabilities.

  14. From here you can generate your Equifax score and get your ASIC extracts. This will be greyed out if you have not attached your Privacy consent form.

Note: if you generate a Company Credit Report you will be prompted to confirm your client is aware and consents.

15. You can click on the Illion Credit Report tab and this will automatically pull the data into your application. Please note, you will need illion integrated with Mercury for this feature. To learn how to do this, click here.

You can also pull their bank statements through illion and select the number of days you require bank statements for. This will send a text to verify with your clients.

To check if the message has been sent to your clients, open up your activity log:

16. You will now see a list of lenders who can service this loan:

· Green = Meets all of the lenders loan requirements

· Yellow = Meets most of the lenders loan requirements

· Red = Doesn’t meet the lenders loan requirements

You can order these by fit, repayments, rate, loan amount and fees.

To submit your application:

  1. Upload application - If you have set up your credential for this lender, it will push the application to the lender portal. You can then login to your lender portal and you will see your application saved there as a draft. Learn how to add lender credentials here.

  2. Email application - Email your application to the lender.

Once this application is approved, your clients details in your Mercury CRM will update to reflect this.
