Some of our lenders have the capability to accept applications directly from our CAF CRM. This article explains how to link your lender ID to enable this process.

Update My details

  1. Launch the CAF CRM.

  2. Click My Details in the left hand navigation panel.

  3. Click Submission Details.

  4. Locate the lender you wish to enter your details for and click the API Submission

  5. Input your details and click Save. (ie. Broker ID, Access token or username/password). See table below for details.

  6. You will only be required to enter these details once for each lender in the CAF CRM.

You will first need to contact your Lender BDM to obtain the required details ie. Broker ID, Access token, password and username. Each lender has different requirements.

When you request a token or ID from a lender make sure you:

  • Mention you are an accredited asset broker with that lender and provide your broker ID or equivalent for that lender.

  • Advise the lender that you will be using Connective's system to submit applications to the lender and were advised to request a Merchant ID.

  • Copy in your Connective BDM so if there are any issues the BDM can liaise with the lender.
