Not only do they save you time, but email templates also protect your brand reputation by keeping your emails on brand and error-free. A well-designed email template increases customer engagement and aids in building effective customer relationship.
How do I use email templates?
Email templates can be sent from People records and Opportunity records.
To send an email from People records:
Navigate to your CRM
Click on People from the left-hand menu
Select your contact(s)
Click on Merge and select Email
Click on Choose Email Template
Select the email template you would like to use
Click on Merge and Send Email
To send an email from an Opportunity Record:
