We have some lenders, who are State-based and will only accredit brokers who are domiciled in their state. This includes the following:

HomeStart Finance - are based in South Australia (SA) and only accredit brokers who are domiciled in SA.

Keystart Home Loans - are based in Western Australia (WA) and only accredit brokers who are domiciled in WA.

Police and Nurses Bank (P&N Bank) - are based in Western Australia (WA) and only accredit brokers who are domiciled in WA.

Newcastle Permanent Building Society - are based in New South Wales (NSW) and only accredit brokers who are domiciled in NSW and QLD.

​People's Choice Credit Union - will only accredit brokers domiciled in Victoria, South Australia (SA) or Northern Territory (NT).

If you are domiciled in a different state for one of the above lenders, but wish to enquire about being accredited with that lender on an exception basis, you will need to contact the lender BDM direct to discuss.
