The Connective Solutions product is suited to individuals with niche circumstances, who are near-prime or require a specialist residential mortgage.
Customer profile:
Require an 'outside the box' solution - e.g. newly employed, tax returns not completed or have ‘non-genuine savings’
Alternative income sources - e.g. self employed income, child support, governments benefit income, workers compensation
Credit challenges - e.g. past defaults (paid or unpaid), discharged bankrupt (one day), late payments on credit / mortgages.
