Understanding Apply Online Error on Submission Messages in the Activity tab

There are two Types of Errors :

  1. Data Error (Issue with your application)

  2. System Error (Issue with the Lender System)

Data Error

You can troubleshoot these types of errors by checking the error message. This can be done by going into the Activity Tab

To expand the Application Activity items please click on See full details toggle

Tips:

Look for Keyword in the error message. Ex: The value "Meander". This is an issue with the street type Meander. Check for any address that as a street type "Meander" and amend it accordingly and resubmit the application.

System Error

System Errors can occur due to Lender Gateway Outage or if the lender is performing a System Maintenance.
