How to cancel an Apply Online application
If the application has already been submitted, it's important to contact the lender to ensure it's been withdrawn from their system.
An Apply Online application can be moved to the Trash by accessing the Actions menu and then clicking Trash.
Enter a comment and reference if required and click Save.
After an application has been moved to Trash, it has limited options. It will display as Cancelled in the View/Find All Applications search.
