The Compliance Checklist in ApplyOnline ensures you have completed and uploaded the minimum required NCCP compliance documents before submission.
These requirements are mandatory for Connective Credit Representatives.
What is the Compliance Checklist?
The Compliance Checklist verifies that you have:
Completed required NCCP documents in Mercury
Uploaded them into ApplyOnline
The minimum required documents are:
Connective Credit Representative Credit Guide
Preliminary Assessment
Credit Proposal Disclosure
Step-by-step guide
Step 1 – Generate documents in Mercury
Complete the required compliance documents in Mercury.
Save a copy of each document to your desktop.
Important
You must also retain these documents in Mercury under the relevant Opportunity.
Step 2 – Upload documents in ApplyOnline
When ready to submit the application:
Open your application in ApplyOnline.
Navigate to the Supporting Documents section.
Locate the Compliance Checklist tab.
Upload:
Credit Guide
Preliminary Assessment
Credit Proposal Disclosure
Only these completed documents are required for the checklist.

If you cannot see the light grey Compliance Checklist column, try zooming out in your browser.
Step 3 – Validation check
Your application will not proceed if the minimum required NCCP documents have not been uploaded.
You will receive an error message prompting you to complete the Compliance Checklist.
Step 4 – Lenders that do not support Supporting Docs
Some lenders (e.g. Adelaide Bank, Bankwest) do not support Supporting Docs in ApplyOnline.
In these cases, a message will appear indicating this limitation.
You are still required to upload the Compliance Checklist documents in ApplyOnline to satisfy Connective requirements.

These documents are not sent to the lender. They are required for Connective compliance purposes only.
