Annual training requirements for Credit Representatives

As the Licensee, Connective has an obligation to provide annual Compliance refresher training to all our representatives. This is a requirement of your ongoing membership with Connective.

Annual Compliance training will be hosted by our Compliance Support Managers.

When will this be held:

The refresher training will be conducted at multiple times throughout the year. The date to complete the training will differ broker to broker, your Compliance Support manager will provide you with dates to attend the training to ensure you meet the annual training requirements.

The training is conducted via Teams and usually for 45 minutes.

Refresher training

It’s crucial to be on top of the changing regulatory landscape as it impacts your practice as a broker, and as your credit licensee, Connective is committed to keeping you up to date with these changes.

During this training session, we’ll share our insights from a compliance monitoring perspective, the impacts of regulatory changes, and give you some tips to protect your business if you’re dealing with a complaint or cyber breach.

CPD Points

You can allocate 1 CPD after attending the training.
