You are required to make reasonable inquiries about a client's requirements/objectives and their current financial situation.
The majority of this information can be captured and recorded on the Needs Analysis questionnaire generated from Nexus.
For our credit representatives, it is a mandatory requirement that this needs analysis is completed in full in Nexus. The questions and answers are auto-populated on the preliminary assessment as well.
The needs analysis can be generated in the Questionnaires tab on the left-hand side in Nexus.
Note: A paper based Fact Find Needs Analysis questionnaire template can also be found in the Admin App General Documents section. This could be used where the client is unable to access the online Client Centre.
