Outdoor signage and vehicles
You are required to include your Licensing Statement on outdoor signage and vehicles, depending on what information is listed:
If it is purely the company name and contact phone number then the Licensing Statement is not required (similar to a business card it does not need to be listed).
If it states the company name, and services offered i.e. home loans, investment loans, personal loans then the Licensing Statement will need to be listed as it is advertising the services provided.
Licensing Statement: Credit Representative (insert number) is authorised under Australian Credit Licence 389328. Note: If you are advertising under a company banner, then the Corporate Credit Representative number is to be used in your Licensing Statement, not your individual credit representative number.
