Every Mercury Nexus user is required to have a unique primary email address. This is the email address you will log into Mercury with.
What is a unique email address?
A unique email address is exclusively associated with a single Mercury user.
We encourage you to use specific addresses tailored to each user, such as [email protected].
To view or change your email primary email address:
Log in to Mercury Nexus
Select the Admin App from your dashboard
Under the My Details tab you will see the the primary email address that can be updated.
Any changes will be automatically saved.
