We’re upgrading Mercury’s look and feel! The first part is the navigation bar. All your favourite features are still there, but in a sleek user-friendly design.

In the top left corner, you can quickly access all your Mercury Apps.

The left-hand drop-down menu gives you easy access to all your in-app tabs.

Click on your name on the right hand side to access all your help functions, including the HelpDesk chat, Nexus News, Wiki and Idea’s Portal. You’ll also see the logout button in this menu.
