The CRM Person and Opportunity records have a Notepad section for general notes. If your Notepad text is altered in error the previous text can be recovered via the Change Log.
The Notepad field is denoted as loan_summary in an Opportunity record.
How to restore Notepad using the loan_summary data
Right click the Change Log
Export to Excel
Find the applicable Old Value line item with the text that you want to restore. highlight the entire html
4. Open the Notepad in the Opportunity record
5. Open the Code View section to view the current html
6. Overwrite the current html with the html from the Excel sheet.
